Mindcamp Choice Session Description
Be Not Afraid
Face Fear and Forge Forward
45 minutesMost of us faced fear this past year. Fear of catching COVID-19, fear of losing a loved one, fear of our own mortality. And when life is on the line, being afraid is a good thing. It's a survival mechanism, a stress response set off to protect us from danger.
Relax, that's not the fear we're talking about in this workshop. In our time together, we'll be talking about the fear that blocks the achievement of our dreams. We’ll be talking about fear of failure, fear of success, fear of humiliation, fear of change, fear of uncertainty.
Because THAT kind of fear has to go, it has to stop holding you back. So let's kick it to the curb together, shall we? Let's explore our fears together in a safe environment, break down barriers and drive action that puts those fears in their proper place: the past.
The Skinny: 3 things you will do in this session
- Clarify the fear that holds you back from what you can accomplish
- Identify steps you can take to progress from fear towards power
- Learn strategies for coping with fear in the days, months and years to come
