There are only a limited number of single rooms available, but if you’d like to share and don’t have a roommate coming with you, we can find one for you.

All prices are in Canadian $$. US$ equivalents shown are estimates only. The prices below are what Mindcamp cost in 2019. You can register at these prices till March 31st. Prices go up April 1st.

Cancellation If you cancel by August 1, we return your fees, less a $50 administration fee. There is no refund after August 1.

Presenters get a discount according to the length and number of their sessions. This is worked out individually and you’ll be refunded the discount when your presentation is accepted. Presenter discounts do not apply to corporate registrations unless requested.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Linens and towels are provided. Participants can choose from shared (double) or single accommodation. The property has WiFi, but it’s slow.


Rooms are very comfortable, fitted out like a moderately priced hotel. Some have twin beds, some have a queen bed. Some even have a double and a twin, with the option of a cot for a child. Most of the rooms have a beautiful view of the lake (first come, first served!). All the regular rooms have three-piece washrooms, closets, and shelves for your stuff.

Budget Rooms? Camping? Sorry, no.

The Budget rooms are no longer available to us. And the YMCA does not allow camping onsite at Geneva Park.
