Kathleen is a dynamic and experienced mentor, coach, and facilitator for all brave travelers in transition. In 2000 she launched the Center for Life and Career Renewal whose mission is to help individuals, groups, and teams survive and thrive through challenging life transitions. Her expertise in solution focused strategies and creative problem solving, and her background as a clinical counselor and therapist give her the tools to fulfill her own life's mission.
Kathleen worked for over eighteen years at the Management Leadership Institute of the Research Foundation of SUNY where she provided training, coaching, facilitation, curriculum development and team building. Her organizational clients have included colleges and universities, government agencies, national and international non-profits, youth groups, and mental health teams.
She has been a leader at the annual Creative Problem Solving Institute for many years, and has consulted throughout the U.S., Canada, Australia, and South Africa. One of her greatest joys is helping people from all over the world discover and create their desired career and lifestyle.
