Focus on: Jocelyn Tejeda

Jocelyn Tejeda is passionate about inspiring and empowering women and change agents through creativity and leadership. For over a decade, she has designed and delivered dozens of trainings, workshops, and initiatives on creative problem solving, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, women's empowerment, and student success. Her energy and commitment to helping others grow and bring their vision life has allowed her to work with partners like HBO, St. John’s University, the Design Innovation Garage (DIG), and the Women’s Business Center at Canisius College.
As a coach, trainer, and facilitator, Jocelyn works with entrepreneurs, leaders, and organizations to create environments that inspire creativity and ignite transformation in their lives and the world. She is currently a Senior Academic Advisor/Counselor and Adjunct Lecturer at SUNY Buffalo State where she empowers students to reach their maximum potential. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Creativity and Change Leadership from the International Center for Studies in Creativity and a M.S. in Higher Education Student Administration from SUNY Buffalo State. In addition, she is trained in Creative Problem Solving, a certified FourSight facilitator, and has served as a Springboard Leader and facilitator for CPSI; one of the largest creativity conferences in the world. Jocelyn is expected to complete her M.S. in Creative Studies in December 2018. Her passions include traveling and backpacking, event planning, and volunteering for organizations focused on social change.
