This 90 minute session will be an inspiring and thought-provoking look at the future of food. We’ll explore the collision of evolving consumer expectations, dynamic technological advancements and rapidly changing environmental factors.

If you’re a foodie, a vegan, an environmentalist, a consultant to entrepreneurs looking to make money in the food space or just interested in eating healthier to feel better … this session will make you scratch your head and send a rumble in your belly.

This session takes place at the PC Cooking School, upstairs at Loblaws Maple Leaf Gardens, 60 Carlton Street, Toronto.
