Mindcamp Creativity Weekend
2012 Registration

Terms

Deposit is due on registration. Your registration is not valid until you've paid this. If you cancel, the deposit is partially refundable (see below).

Balance is due by July 13. If you've taken advantage of our early bird pricing and do not pay the balance of your registration before July 13, you will have to pay the regular amount. In other words, you'll lose your early bird advantage.

Cancellation fee. If you cancel your registration before August 1, we will return any fees you've paid (including the deposit), minus a $50 cancellation fee, and offer the space to another applicant. There is no refund after August 1.

Want to save even more money? Pay your balance by April 1 and we'll rebate you 5% of your fees!

Add a Pre-Mindcamp Day? Yes    No
You can add a day BEFORE Mindcamp (i.e., come Wednesday instead of Thursday) to stay onsite and acclimatize and explore. Fee includes accommodation and 3 meals. Cost of $225 will be added for double accommodation, $265 for single, and $165 for budget.
