Steven has worked in the social service support system for over 25 years. As a life-long learner, Steven has interests in adult education, accelerated learning, dialogue methods, violence prevention in organizations, Appreciative Inquiry, and practices that help individuals cultivate self-awareness and unlock their full potential.
Steven is committed to bringing positive energy to organizations so that individuals in the workplace can flourish and make their unique and valued contributions to the world.
